Sow Good Inc., through its subsidiary SOWG Tanzania Inc., agreed to subscribe for newly issued shares representing 99.97% of the issued share capital of Uranex Tanzania Limited and Magnis Technologies (Tanzania) Limited, with a total consideration of AUD 96,413,866, as part of a restructured share purchase agreement.
