1. Informational Purposes Only
All content provided by Drillr — including but not limited to market data, SEC filings, news signals, AI-generated research and analysis, data visualizations, and aggregated content from social platforms (Twitter, Reddit, Substack, YouTube, etc.) — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, nor does it constitute legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
Drillr is not your investment adviser, fiduciary, or agent. Whether to make any investment decision, when to make it, and at what size, is solely your judgment. You should consult a licensed professional where appropriate.
2. AI-Generated Content
Some Drillr outputs — including research articles, conversational answers, signal summaries, and automated analysis — are generated with assistance from large language models (LLMs). AI-generated content may contain factual errors, outdated information, reasoning flaws, or hallucinations. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a sole source of truth and should independently verify before acting on it.
For any AI output involving specific companies, prices, figures, or events, cross-check against primary sources (SEC filings, official announcements, licensed news vendors, etc.).
3. Third-Party Data
Drillr is a data aggregator and redistributor, sourcing underlying data from multiple third parties, including but not limited to:
- U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC EDGAR)
- Intermediate market data vendors (equities, ETFs, indices, forex, commodities, crypto — Drillr is not a first-tier exchange data distributor)
- Public news aggregators
- Government and regulatory disclosures
- Academic and patent databases
- Publicly available social media content (Twitter, Reddit, Substack, YouTube, etc.)
Accuracy and delay: Drillr does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any third-party data. Market data is generally delayed (at least 15 minutes, depending on the exchange and upstream vendor) and should not be treated as real-time.
Vendor pass-through restrictions: Your use of third-party data is also subject to the restrictions imposed by Drillr's upstream data providers, including but not limited to no redistribution, no use to train AI models, no reverse engineering, and display requirements. Your use of Drillr constitutes acceptance of these pass-through restrictions. Drillr will communicate specific restrictions through the Terms of Service, API documentation, or separate notice; where terms conflict, the more restrictive shall control.
Data revisions and withdrawals: Upstream vendors may withdraw, restate, or correct historical data (for example, financial restatements, price adjustments, news retractions). Upon receiving such notice, Drillr will use commercially reasonable efforts to propagate the change. You shall stop relying on data known to have been withdrawn or corrected, and shall delete locally cached copies upon reasonable request.
Disclaimer: Drillr expressly disclaims liability for any losses arising from third-party data errors, omissions, delays, withdrawals, or any actions you take in reliance on such data.
4. No Performance Guarantee
Drillr makes no forecasts, guarantees, or implications regarding the future performance of any security, asset, or strategy. Historical data, backtest results, signal scores, and AI inferences do not constitute any promise of future results. Investing in securities involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
5. Jurisdictional Scope
Drillr is intended for users and institutions with professional judgment. Drillr does not market to retail investors in any specific jurisdiction and does not actively offer services in any jurisdiction where doing so would be prohibited or restricted.
If your local law requires financial information service providers to hold specific licenses, registrations, or permits that Drillr does not hold, you should not use Drillr. Compliance with local law is your responsibility.
6. Your Responsibilities
By using Drillr, you confirm that:
- You have the professional capacity to evaluate financial information, or will consult a qualified licensed adviser before making decisions
- You understand Drillr is not responsible for the outcome of any decision you make based on the service
- You will not directly copy Drillr outputs as investment advice to others, nor represent Drillr as a "licensed adviser" or similar regulated capacity
- You will not rely on Drillr for any time-sensitive, materially-sized, or irreversible financial decision without independent verification
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drillr and its affiliates, employees, and data providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, whether arising from your use of or inability to use the service, data errors, AI output errors, service interruption, or otherwise, even if Drillr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes
This Disclaimer may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-product notice or email. Your continued use of Drillr constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
