A U.S. court certified a national class action in the antitrust lawsuit filed by R-CALF USA and four cattle feeders against Tyson, JBS, Cargill, and National Beef, covering cattle producers who sold fed cattle directly to these packers from June 1, 2015, to Feb. 29, 2020.
