Alphamab Oncology's JSKN033, a high-concentration subcutaneous compound formulation of a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate and a PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor, was approved by the Center for Drug Evaluation of China's National Medical Products Administration to conduct a Phase III clinical study as monotherapy for recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer that has failed platinum-based chemotherapy and PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor treatment.
