Sirnaomics announced that its indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary RNAimmune will introduce Guangzhou Guangjian Pharmaceutical Innovation Equity Investment Fund Partnership as a strategic investor, injecting RMB 30 million into Damian Vaccine (Guangzhou) for a 5.66% stake.

Sirnaomics Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiary Sirnaomics (Hong Kong) Limited filed a writ of summons in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region against several former management members, including Lu Yang, Dai Xiaochang, and Ye Yongji, over an investment of approximately US$20 million in an independent portfolio of TradArt Flagship Investment SPC.
