Liquidators Cor Cordis filed a lawsuit in the Federal Court against Ray White Capital, its CEO George Ajaka, partner David Mao, law firm Mallesons, private lender Keyview Financial and others over a $41 million loan facility arranged for developer Frank Guo, alleging a side deal allowed Guo to pay personal debts before his company FSM collapsed, wiping out smaller secured lenders.
