CK Infrastructure has mandated Morgan Stanley and Barclays to launch the sale of its stake in Australian sustainable distributed energy producer EDL Energy, with a valuation estimated between A$2 billion and A$3 billion (approximately HK$11.08 billion to HK$16.66 billion), targeting a transaction agreement by the end of this year.
