The New York Times reported that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's federal financial disclosure forms reveal he earned between $100,000 and $1 million about every 18 months from Premier Vertical Properties, a cell tower company he co-founded in 2005, which leases tower space to T-Mobile on property of a hospital where he was a board member.
