RF Acquisition Corp II amended its Investment Management Trust Agreement with Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, permitting up to six one-month extensions of its business combination deadline to February 15, 2027, with each extension requiring a $75,000 deposit into the trust account in exchange for an unsecured non-interest bearing promissory note, and eliminating its right to withdraw up to $100,000 of trust account interest for liquidation expenses.
