Originally incorporated as Nouveau Monde Mining Enterprises Inc., the company rebranded to its current name in February 2017 to reflect its focus on graphite mining. The company went public on January 8, 2021, and is primarily engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and evaluation of graphite mineral properties in Canada, with its flagship Matawinie project located north of Montreal.
