Ministop forecast a consolidated net loss of ¥5 billion for the fiscal year ending February 2027, reversing its previous forecast of a ¥100 million profit.

Ministop reported consolidated ordinary losses of ¥2.61 billion for the six months ended August 2026, compared with a ¥1.34 billion profit a year earlier, and ¥710 million in losses for June–August, compared with a ¥1.23 billion profit a year earlier.
