KNOT Offshore Partners LP's subsidiary KNOT Shuttle Tankers AS agreed to acquire Knutsen Canadian Chartering AS, owner of the shuttle tanker Hedda Knutsen, from Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers AS for an initial cost of approximately $24.4 million.
