Horizon Space Acquisition I Corp. entered into a business combination agreement with ArcheNova Technology Co., Ltd., ArcheNova International Co., Ltd., ArcheNova Global Co., Ltd. and Pubco Corp.; the transactions would make HSPO and ArcheNova Biotech wholly owned subsidiaries of PubCo, with shareholders receiving PubCo ordinary shares and an indicated total value of $2.0 billion.
