Electra Battery Materials Corporation (NASDAQ:ELBM) is a Canadian-based company founded in 2011 and headquartered in Toronto that focuses on developing critical battery materials for the electric vehicle supply chain. Originally incorporated as First Cobalt Corp., the company rebranded to its current name in December 2021 to better reflect its expanded focus beyond cobalt mining to include battery materials refining and recycling.
