Carver Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:CARV) is a bank holding company founded in 1948 and headquartered in New York, New York. The company operates through its subsidiary, Carver Federal Savings Bank, which serves as a community-focused financial institution primarily serving consumers, businesses, non-profit organizations, and governmental agencies in the New York metropolitan area. As one of the largest African American-operated banks in the United States, Carver has historically played an important role in providing banking services to underserved communities.
