Borr Drilling Limited (NYSE:BORR) is a Bermuda-based offshore drilling contractor that operates one of the world's youngest fleets of jack-up drilling rigs. Founded in 2016 and formerly known as Magni Drilling Limited, the company went public in July 2019 and has rapidly established itself as a major player in the shallow-water offshore drilling market.
