Originally established as Atossa Genetics Inc., the company rebranded to Atossa Therapeutics in January 2020 to better reflect its focus on therapeutic development. The company has evolved from its initial genetics-focused approach to become a specialized developer of treatments for oncology and infectious diseases, with particular emphasis on breast cancer therapeutics.
