House Foods Group is considering selling its subsidiary Curry House CoCo Ichibanya, which operates the CoCo Ichibanya curry restaurant chain, and has appointed financial advisors for the sale.

Ichibanya announced that from September 1, it will add a 7% late-night surcharge to dine-in and takeout orders at Curry House CoCo Ichibanya between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., citing rising raw material and logistics costs.
