Ruikeda announced it will reduce the fundraising investment in its high-frequency high-speed connection system renovation project from 500 million yuan to 300 million yuan, and use the reduced 200 million yuan to fund a new optical communication industrialization project by its wholly-owned subsidiary Sichuan Ruihui Photonics Technology Co., Ltd. in Mianyang, Sichuan, with a total investment of 307 million yuan and completion expected in 2027.
