Lee Wai Khong, a senior finance manager at PS Energy, was sentenced to three years and five months' jail on Aug 28 after pleading guilty to criminal breach of trust and transfer of criminal proceeds for selling the company's diesel oil directly to buyers and pocketing over S$1.1 million.
