Geer Software announced that Tianjian Accounting, Dongxing Securities, and Kangda Law Firm, as plaintiffs, had sued 39 defendants including Geer Software over subrogation disputes with a total claimed amount of about 372 million yuan; recently the three plaintiffs each applied to withdraw the lawsuits, which the Shanghai Financial Court permitted, and the cases have not yet gone to trial.
