Shida Shenghua New Materials Group Co., Ltd. disclosed on the evening of August 3, 2026 that its wholly-owned subsidiary plans to invest in three lithium battery material projects (230,000 tons/year liquid lithium salt, 200,000 tons/year electrolyte, and 12,000 tons/year additive lithium fluoride) in the same plant area in Kenli District, Dongying, Shandong, with a total investment of about 2.805 billion yuan, pending shareholder meeting approval.
