Dongxing Securities received a review opinion implementation letter from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the merger and acquisition review of its proposed absorption merger by CICC.

Geer Software announced that Tianjian Accounting, Dongxing Securities, and Kangda Law Firm, as plaintiffs, had sued 39 defendants including Geer Software over subrogation disputes with a total claimed amount of about 372 million yuan; recently the three plaintiffs each applied to withdraw the lawsuits, which the Shanghai Financial Court permitted, and the cases have not yet gone to trial.
