Dangote Industries Limited and Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. signed an $800 million memorandum of understanding to expand the Dangote Cement Plant in Itori, Ogun State, Nigeria, increasing its capacity from 6 million to 12 million metric tonnes per annum.
