Huadian New Energy announced that its controlling shareholder Huadian Furui signed a free transfer agreement with China Huadian on August 5, 2026, to transfer 12.097 billion shares (29% of total share capital) to China Huadian; after the transfer, the controlling shareholder will change to China Huadian, while the actual controller remains unchanged.
