Jin Jiang Hotels reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of 3.878 billion yuan, net profit attributable to shareholders of 510 million yuan, and adjusted net profit of 489 million yuan; nine-month revenue was 10.679 billion yuan, net profit attributable to shareholders was 1.055 billion yuan, and adjusted net profit was 1.082 billion yuan.

Jinjiang Hotels agreed to acquire the remaining 10% stakes in Vienna Hotel Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Baisuicun Catering Chain Co., Ltd. from Huang Deman for a combined RMB 811 million, taking its ownership of both targets to 100%.
