Kaier New Materials' controlling shareholder Xing Hanxue, Wu Jianming and Xing Hanke agreed to transfer a combined 51.8266 million shares (10.30% of total share capital) to Luzhou Jinkai at 8.03 yuan per share for a total of 416 million yuan, with Luzhou Jinkai becoming a shareholder holding over 5%.
