Wanbanga announced that the original plan to sell 87.55% equity of Heilongjiang Jingshenghua to Chen Ziqing was terminated due to personal reasons, and now controlling shareholder Wang Piaoyang intends to acquire the equity in two installments of 142 million yuan each, payable by September 30, 2026 and December 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
