Beijing Shougang LanzaTech Technology Co., Ltd., a joint venture in which LanzaTech Global held a 9.31% stake, launched an IPO of 40 million H-Shares at approximately US$1.86 per share on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising gross proceeds of about US$75 million.
