TYK Medicines announced that its self-developed innovative drug TY-9591 tablets (deuterated almonertinib mesylate) received conditional marketing approval from China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for first-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR exon 19 deletion or L858R mutation and central nervous system metastases.
