Lung Fung Group leased a ground-floor shop of about 15,000 square feet at Wah Shing Industrial Centre, 11 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, with an estimated monthly rent of HK$750,000, and the shop is expected to open next month as the group's 32nd store in Hong Kong.

Mannings (a subsidiary of Dairy Farm International) signed a new lease for two adjacent shops at 8 Russell Street, Causeway Bay, at a monthly rent of HKD 800,000, a 33% increase from the previous rent of HKD 600,000.
