China ITS (Holdings) Co., Ltd. issued a profit warning, expecting its interim net profit for the six months ending June 30, 2026 to be no less than RMB 25 million, compared with a restated profit of about RMB 378 million in the same period of 2025, due to the absence of revaluation gains.
