Wai Gong Holdings announced that its controlling shareholder, Chairman and CEO Mr. Tsang Ka Ip, through his wholly-owned company Triple Arch, signed a memorandum of understanding with independent third party Talent Pool on August 19 to potentially sell 75% of the company's shares, involving 600 million shares. Trading resumed on Friday.
