Controlling shareholders Xia Zhisheng and Xia Ding of Zhejiang Meida signed a share transfer agreement with Shenzhen Xinglantu Industrial Investment Partnership to transfer 29.99% of the company's total shares at 6.66 yuan per share, with a total consideration of 1.29 billion yuan, after which Shenzhen Xinglantu will become the controlling shareholder and Zhang Haizheng the actual controller.
