Shares of *ST Baoxin held by controlling shareholder Jiangsu Liqing Integrated Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. were sold in judicial auction: three lots totaling 15 million shares (2.08% of total share capital) were sold for 27.6248 million yuan to Yang Jing, Chen Feiyue, and Yu Fangqin, while one lot of 14.6 million restricted shares (2.03%) failed to sell.
