ST Baoxin announced that the People's Court of Guannan County, Jiangsu Province issued a first-instance judgment in a lawsuit filed by Lianyungang Baoxin Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd., ordering ST Baoxin to pay 19.5704 million yuan in arrears plus interest and bear litigation costs of 74,600 yuan.
