Donghua Software announced its first-half 2026 results: revenue of 5.269 billion yuan, down 6.27% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of 223 million yuan, down 8.66% from 244 million yuan in the same period of 2025; non-recurring adjusted net profit of 234 million yuan, up 13.97% year-on-year. The company plans no cash dividend, no bonus shares, and no capital reserve conversion.
