For the fourth quarter, total company net sales increased 4.7% to $83.7 million compared to $80 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024. The direct-to-consumer segment saw a 10.4% increase, driven by strong e-commerce and store performances, while the wholesale channel declined 1.2% mainly due to pausing shipments to Saks Global. Selling, general and administrative expenses in the quarter were $44 million, 52.6% of net sales, up from $37.8 million, 47.2% of net sales last year. For the full year, net sales grew by over 2% and adjusted EBITDA grew by about 8% despite $8 million of incremental tariff costs. Men's business ended the year representing approximately 24% of total sales with opportunity to expand to 30% penetration.
