Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings, JR East, Tohoku Electric Power, and the Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers signed a comprehensive partnership agreement on August 25, 2026, to jointly develop training curricula for infrastructure personnel, including high-voltage electrical equipment technicians, instructors, and students, and to support human resource development for small and medium-sized enterprises.
