On August 7, 2026, former representative director Hu Yan filed a provisional disposition petition with the Tokyo District Court to suspend the execution of duties of current representative director Hirai Kento, and on August 19, Hu's attorney requested the company's main banks to stop withdrawals, leading to a suspension of withdrawals from unbanked's bank accounts and a partial suspension of its business.
