Yokogawa Electric Corporation announced plans to reduce its stake in Chongqing Chuanyi Automation Co., Ltd. by selling up to 1.6105 million shares (0.31% of total shares) via block trades between September 21 and December 18, 2026, and to transfer 25.71 million shares (5.01%) to Suzhou Industrial Park Heyi Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) through a negotiated transfer.
