Value HR Inc. reported its consolidated recurring profit for the first half of fiscal year ending December 2026 (January-June) increased 9.9% year-on-year to 370 million yen, but the progress rate against the full-year plan of 1.63 billion yen was only 23.1%, below the five-year average of 40.7%.
