Apollo Global Management is raising a ¥360bn (US$2.25bn) five-year loan to back its leveraged buyout of Tokyo-listed glass manufacturer Nippon Sheet Glass, with Barclays and CTBC Bank among the mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners.
