Shikoku Kasei Holdings announced on September 1 that Nisshinbo Holdings and others will sell a total of 4.75 million shares of Shikoku Kasei Holdings, equivalent to 5.5% of total issued shares (excluding treasury stock), to increase individual investors and improve liquidity.
