Mitsubishi Chemical Group announced that its subsidiary Mitsubishi Chemical will commercialize a new negative thermal expansion filler for semiconductor packages, branded as M-Filleris NTE, with pilot sales starting in fiscal 2026 and mass production sales in the second half of fiscal 2027.
