Titanium Energy Chemical announced plans to invest over 10 billion yuan in two major chemical projects: a 2.6 billion yuan capital increase in subsidiary Guizhou Zhonghe Phosphating to build a 400,000-ton titanium dioxide and 1.4 million-ton ferrous sulfate heptahydrate project with total investment of 5.538 billion yuan, and a 5.462 billion yuan investment by wholly-owned subsidiary Gansu Dongfang Titanium to build a 600,000-ton lithium iron phosphate precursor (iron phosphate) project.
