Shengda Resources' wholly-owned subsidiary Chifeng Jindu Mining completed the integration of mining rights for the Shidi silver-lead-zinc mine and obtained a new mining license from the Chifeng Natural Resources Bureau, expanding the mining area from 4.4750 to 5.2397 square kilometers, valid until August 10, 2035.

Shengda Resources' controlling subsidiary Yindu Mining received approval from Inner Mongolia Department of Industry and Information Technology for its Bairendaba silver polymetallic mine 900,000 tons/year mining technical renovation project, with the mining area expanded to 5.54 square kilometers and production scale maintained at 900,000 tons/year.
