Fengyuan Pharmaceutical announced that its controlling shareholder Fengyuan Group's concert parties (Anhui Wuwei Pharmaceutical Factory, Ma'anshan Fengyuan Enterprise Management, and Bengbu Tushan Enterprise Management) signed a share transfer agreement with Bengbu Investment Group to transfer 100 million shares (21.53% of total shares) for 641 million yuan, which will change the controlling shareholder to Bengbu Investment Group and the actual controller to Bengbu State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
