Guidance

Reported growth to be up 5.5% to 6.5% and organic revenue to be up 4.5% to 5.5%. Gross margin now expected to be flat to slightly up. Adjusted EBIT margin now expected to be approximately 12% up from previous expectation. Adjusted diluted EPS now expected to be approximately $1.42 to $1.48 up from $1.40 to $1.46. For quarter two, expected reported revenues to be up 4% to 5% for the quarter and organic up 3% to 4%. Gross margin expected to be slightly down due to unfavorable foreign exchange.
