For the fourth quarter, SAS (including hosting revenue) increased 8.4% to 1.6 million, while software maintenance services were down 11.2% and professional services revenue was down 1.8%. Professional services revenue was 51% of total revenue for the quarter. For the full year, total revenue decreased 8%, SAS revenue increased 11.1%, professional services revenue decreased 18.7%. SAS represents an increasing share of the overall business. In Q4, consolidated gross margin increased to 66.6% from 64.8% last year. For full year, consolidated gross margin was 66% compared to 63% last year.

Based on current plans and assumptions, expects to grow SaaS revenues on a year-over-year basis for fiscal year 2026.
