Segment performance

Net interest income for the third quarter of 2025 was up 13% compared to the third quarter of 2024 and 2% compared to the second quarter of 2025. Loans in the securitization trust portfolio had a weighted average coupon rate of 5.8% with a weighted average funding cost of ~4.2%.
